H.E. Dr. Haroun Luwal the minister of Humanitarian Affairs has directed the legal department at the ministry to take the appropriate legal measures against Akher Lahza newspaper. It is to be noted that Akher Lahza published   in the front page on its issue no 1294 dated 16/3/ 2010 that SP 10 million were disappeared from the ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and a committee has been formed by the council of the ministers to investigate on this matter

 H. E. the minister added that this news had negative moral, economical and political impacts on his ministry staff as it has been circulated by all media and it affected the creditability and the reputation of the ministry as well as its personnel.  H.E. indicated that the ministry of Humanitarian Affairs is dealing and having transactions with several partners, donors , international organizations , NGOs and foreign financial funds  and his ministry had received a lot of enquires from many circles which led to frustration of the staff  and lowering of their spirits.
